THE PERSON-IN-CHARGE (PIC) WAS INFORMED OF THE COMPLAINT THAT WAS FILED WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. THE PIC DENIES SHUTTING OFF THE COOLERS AT NIGHT. COOLERS WERE INSPECTED AND NO TEMPERATURE VIOLATIONS WERE OBSERVED. NO MILK WAS OBSERVED ONSITE; ONLY PRE-PACKAGED CHEESE SLICES AND BUTTER IN DELI COOLER.
THIS FACILITY SHALL HAVE ITS COOLERS FUNCTIONING AT ALL TIMES TO ENSURE TIME/TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR SAFETY FOODS ARE HELD AT 41F OR BELOW. A FOLLOW-UP WILL OCCUR DURING ON JUNE 6, 2023 WHEN THE FACILITY OPENS. |
